• Develop the overall concept for the Apes Far From Home (AFFH) project

• Outline the project’s strategic plan and milestones

• Assemble the creative and technical teams

• Research and finalize the artistic direction and style

Jan - May 2023: AFFH Production

• Design and model the Ape characters

• Create detailed accessories and clothing for each Ape

• Apply texturing and finalize the appearance of the models

• Review and refine the models based on feedback

June - Nov 2023: Holiday Metaverse Pre-Production

• Continue production and refinement of the AFFH collection

• Initiate pre-production tasks for the Holiday Metaverse project

• Develop initial concepts and design elements for the Holiday Metaverse

Dec 2023 - April 2024: Artwork completion & Web series Pre-Production

• Finalize the artwork for the AFFH collection

• Develop a proof of concept for the Holiday Metaverse

• Start pre-production for the web series

• Coordinate with teams for seamless integration of artwork and project plans

May 2024 - Sept 2024: AFFH Marketing

• Working on AFFH Teaser

• Launch marketing campaigns for the Ape collection

• Organize giveaways and whitelist opportunities

• Establish brand partnerships to boost visibility (postponed due to change in marketing strategies)

• Monitor and adjust marketing strategies based on performance

• Apes Far From Home Teaser launch

• Continue marketing efforts leading up to the GENESIS launch

• Building the community through collaborations, giveaways etc.

October 2024: Genesis Pass Launch & Ongoing Marketing

• Launch of the GENESIS collection

• Execute the minting of GENESIS PASSES

• Track launch performance and gather feedback

Nov 2024 - Mar 2025: Preparation for main collection launch

• Marketing efforts to promote the main collection

• Building the community through collaborations, giveaways etc.

• Collect feedback from the community on the web series and project

• Work closely with the community to understand their suggestions

• Use the feedback to guide and improve the development of the project

April 2025: AFFH Main collection Phase 1 launch

• Continue marketing efforts to build excitement and drive sales

• Officially launch the Phase 1 of Apes Far From Home main NFT collection

• Open minting for the main collection

May 2025: Web series Teaser & Production

• Continue marketing efforts to maintain excitement and engagement

• Launch the teaser and start promotional activities

• Collaborate closely with writers to develop and refine the script story

• Design and produce storyboards and animatics to visualize key scenes

• Create and prepare environment assets needed for production
